Refunds are not granted. This includes recurring subscriptions and pre-paid blocks. You may however cancel a recurring subscription.

Recurring subscriptions can be canceled 24 hours before the next payment is due. No partial refunds are available. Access your customer portal to make changes to your subscription.

If you wish to change your method of payment for a subscription, you may do so from your customer portal.

You may reschedule live readings or lessons up to 48 hours before your appointment. Refunds are not issued for missed appointments.
